Hong Sheng Wan Tan Mee

 



Melaka local food Hong Sheng Wan Tan Mee. This is one of the best Wan Tan Mee I have tried in Malaysia and is my favorite Wan Tan Mee.

The characteristic of this Wan Tan Mee is different from KL Wan Tan Mee with black soy sauce. Hong Sheng Wan Tan Mee is the original flavor “Bai Xue Xue” which also called white Wan Tan Mee.




Among the Wan Tan Mee I have eaten before in Malaysia, Hong Sheng Wan Tan Mee is my favorite and the best one. 

Hong Sheng Wan Tan Mee is made with lard, light sou sauce, and chili sauce (if you want to add chili). You can smell the fragrant lard.



Hong Sheng Wan Tan Mee cheap and delicious, they have provided 3 sizes of Wan Tan Mee small (RM5.00), medium (RM5.50), and large (RM6.00). 


They also have sell their handmade Wan Tan Mee, if you want to take it back hometown you can buy their noodles and only cost RM5.00 1(kg).

    The best wan tan mee I have ever tasted so far, unlike normal one they serve with white sauce and the traditional taste is irreplaceable.

    I like wantan mee so much! Besides that, I can eat more than one time of wantan mee in a week, I’m really like the taste, especially those handmade noodles, is so bouncy!

    Ban Lee Siang Satey Celup 👍 “Satay” Malacca has definitely upgraded and improvised their version over the years and become “Satay Celup”  Its actually a combination of Lok-Lok and steamboat where the only difference is that you drop all those ingredients into a hot boiling pot of satay gravy instead.   Similar to having buffet steamboat, just take the silver tray and proceed to the food counter then pick whichever you want, ingredients selection varies such as fish ball, pork ball, pork innards, pork slice, bacon, brown squid, crab stick, lobster ball and many more.  Each stick of satay celup consists of a flat rate (RM0.90), other premium ingredients will be charged for much higher prices and indicated with a different color on the edge of the stick (red, blue, black).
