Mukmin Ikan Bakar Alai Crystal Bay

 



In Melaka Alai street, there are a lot of Ikan Bakar restaurant and today I will like to introduce Mukmin Ikan Bakar Alai Crystal Bay.



At first, you need to choose the fish you like but based on that day what fish they have. When you pick the finish, you can tell the owner how you want to cook or the owner will introduce you such as sambal sauce, sweet and sour sauce, grilled, or others.  


In Crystal Bay, the most important is their special sauce like sambal sauce and their special homemade sauce. When you combined Nasi Lemak with their sauce together in one bite Boom!  💣💢 You will surprise it. 





If you want white rice you can add-on but for me, I think the Nasi Lemak is better than white rice, even the Nasi Lemak is the small pack you can add-on and I have eaten 3 pack before. 



In Mukmin Ikan Bakar Alai, their grilled prawn, fried sotong, sambal fish, and the grilled fish are the top 4 I will choose in Mukmin Ikan Bakar.
